Items can be returned undamaged and unopened in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt at your own expense via the nearest parcel point.
After we have received the undamaged and unopened return, we can refund or exchange the products. Refund or exchange will take place within 14 days of receipt of return.

Return a product to us under your own responsibility if:

• you have received a product that is incorrect

• not damaged by you / damaged by transport to your address

• not complete

• no signet ring broken

• not older than 14 days

 

I want to return a product

The ordered items can be returned via the return form that is sent with the order. State who you are, address details, order number, and order date.
Please indicate the applicable return reason (wrong, defective, damaged, incomplete).
We kindly request that you return the product(s) in its original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging, with a (copy) of the invoice.

For quick and correct handling, it is important that you state:

• company name (if it concerns a company)

• contact

• order number

• order date

• if possible, take a photo of the damaged product and send it to vitalizaoil@gmail.com
